PPCA's mission is to improve the college readiness level of students through rigorous and relevant college preparatory academics.

Parent Representative

We are happy to announce that Dianna Whatley will serve as the 2011-2012 PPCA Parent Representative.  Mrs. Whatley will provide parents with access to school information, assist parents and others with questions and concerns and resolve disputes.  Anyone needing information may contact Mrs. Whatley at 863-984-2400 or .


Important notice regarding athletics at PPCA:

Florida Statute 1002.33(11) - PARTICIPATION IN INTERSCHOLASTIC EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES- A charter school student is eligible to participate in an interscholastic extracurricular activity at the public school to which the student would be otherwise assigned to attend pursuant to s.1006.15(3)(d).

PPCA students may participate in organized sports at their zoned high school. It is the parents' and students' responsibility for contacting their zoned high school to acquire important information regarding tryouts, physicals, forms, etc. Contact must be made with the zoned high school prior to tryouts.
